How we research, write and verify our horoscopes
AstrologicalGroup publishes free daily, weekly and monthly horoscopes for all twelve zodiac signs. This page explains how we work — what we rely on, how we write, and how we keep things accurate.
1. Astrological methodology
We use traditional Western astrology as our framework: the twelve signs, the seven classical planets plus Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, the twelve houses, and standard aspects (conjunction, opposition, square, trine, sextile). Daily readings are anchored in current planetary positions, the Moon's sign and phase, and the day's most significant transits.
2. Astronomical data sources
Planetary positions and lunar phase data are derived from well-established public ephemerides and astronomy data, including NASA JPL ephemeris data and Swiss Ephemeris-derived calculations. We do not invent dates, transits, or planetary positions.
3. Writing process
Each daily reading is built around the day's astrological setup and the sign's classical archetype (ruler, element, modality). We aim for one clear, useful theme per life area — love, career, finances, health — instead of generic statements that could apply to anyone.
Drafts are reviewed by our editorial team for clarity, tone and grammatical correctness before publication. We avoid sensational language, scare-tactics, and promises of specific outcomes ("you will get a promotion", "you will meet your soulmate"). We prefer reflective phrasing ("you may notice…", "consider…").
4. AI disclosure
We use computer-assisted drafting to scale daily output across twelve signs and three timeframes. Every published reading is edited by a human reviewer for accuracy, tone, and relevance to the day's actual transits.
5. Corrections
If you find an error — a wrong date, an incorrect transit, a broken link — please contact us at [email protected] or via the contact form. We aim to correct factual errors within one business day. Where relevant, the page will note the correction and date.
6. Updates and freshness
Daily horoscopes refresh every 24 hours. Weekly horoscopes refresh on the first day of each week (Monday, US calendar). Monthly horoscopes refresh at the start of each calendar month. The "next month" page is published in advance to support planning.
7. What our horoscopes are not
Our horoscopes are for entertainment and reflection. They are not professional financial, medical, legal, psychological or relationship advice. If you face serious decisions in any of those areas, please consult a qualified professional. Astrology is best used as one of many lenses you bring to a decision — never the only one.
